Abstract
Disclosed is a hydro damper for absorbing pressure oscillations and/or acoustic vibrations in systems which are operated by means of pressurized fluids. The inventive hydro damper is provided with a housing (1) having a leading dimension which defines a longitudinal axis (3) of the housing, a connection block (5) fluidically connecting the damper housing (1) to the corresponding system, and a linking device (7, 47, 49) which is assigned to the connection block (5) so as to mount the connection block (5), and consequently the damper housing (1), on the system in selected rotational positions relative to an axis of connection (41) that runs perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (3) of the housing.
