Abstract
A balloon inflation and air containment device is provided. The device includes a first tube with a first end which receives an air supply and a second end which receives a mouth of a balloon. A collapsible second tube is axially sealably connected to the first tube and extends away from the first tube. A method for constructing a balloon assembly with the above-described device is also provided.
