Abstract
An aqueous ecabet sodium solution preparation which contains at a concentration of 1 w/v % or more (in conversion to ecabet sodium) of sulfodehydroabietic acid, or its salt.cndot.ion, wherein said solution is adjusted to pH in the range of 7-8.5 with at least one pH buffer selected from a salt of a polycarboxylic acid and a salt of a polyphoshoric acid, and an inorganic base. The preparation is stable, less irritant and is suitable for intestinal administration.
