Described herein are genes whose expression are up-regulated or down-regulated in breast cancer. Also described are such genes whose expression is further up-regulated or down-regulated in drug-resistant breast cancer cells. Related methods and compositions that can be used for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer are disclosed. Also described herein are methods that can be used to identify modulators of breast cancer.
