Abstract
Disclosed is an easily water soluble and clear tocopherol concentrate which includes a polysorbate, preferably polysorbate 20 which allows to obtain a tocopherol concentration in the concentrate of up to approximately 20% by weight. Also described is a method for producing such concentrate including dissolving the tocopherol in that polysorbate which is warmed to approximately 50.degree. C. to 85.degree. C. before the addition of tocopherol.
