A refill (1) for the diffusion of solutions comprises a shell (2) made up of two half-shells (4, 5) that may be fitted together to form a chamber (7) to contain the solution, and a wick (3) contained inside the shell (2) made up of a stem part (12) placed in the chamber (7) containing the solution and an upper part (11), at least partially in contact with the exterior, to diffuse the solution.
