Abstract
A modular light is provided. The light has a housing having a first mating member. The first mating member is removably connectable to a second mating member of a light pod. The removable light pod has an illumination device, an independent internal power source located therein, and a manual switch electrically connected to the internal power source to control illumination of the illumination device.
