Abstract
This invention provides an agent for the prevention or treatment of allergosis and a medical aqueous agent, an ophthalmic solution and a nasal drop for allergosis. The agents contain the nitroimidazole compound represented by the following formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, 1 wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are selected independently from a straight or branched lower alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which is optionally substituted, and 'n' is an integer from 1 to 4.
