Abstract
A primary agent for a two-agent hair dyeing/bleaching composition which comprises a primary agent containing an alkali agent and a secondary agent containing an oxidizing agent, wherein the primary agent contains: (a) at least one alkali agent selected from the group consisting of ammonia water and monoethanolamine, (b) at least one water-soluble ammonium salt selected from the group consisting of ammonium carbonate and ammonium hydrogencarbonate, and (c) at least one first pH adjustor selected from the group consisting of polycarboxylic acids and their salts.
