Abstract
The present invention provides polymers incorporating peptides. The polymers comprise polymarised units of (1) CH.sub.2.dbd.CR.sub.4--CO--X---R.sub.1 and (2) CH.sub.2.dbd.CR.sub.3--CO--R.sub.2 and optionally one or more other monomers, in which R.sub.1 is a peptide. Each R1 may be the same, or is preferably different. In another embodiment the present invention provides polymers formed from CH.sub.2.dbd.CR.sub.4--CO--X--R.s-ub.1 and optionally one or more other monomers, in which X is a spacer having a length equivalent to 1 to 30 single C--C bonds and R.sub.1 is a peptide, each R.sub.1 being the same or different. The invention further relates to methods producing the polymers and methods of inducing an immune response using the polmers.
