Abstract
A clog-free jettable fluid composition and a method for producing the same are provided. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the jettable fluid comprises water as solvent, a resin-in-aqueous-emulsion having an acid number of at least 30, and an alkaline agent. The jettable fluid has a pH above 9. According to other embodiments, the jettable fluid comprises water as solvent, a resin-in-aqueous-emulsion having an acid number below 30, an acrylic resin-in-aqueous-solution and an alkaline agent. The resin composition of the resin-in-aqueous-emulsion and resin-in-aqueous-solutio-n has an acid number of at least 30 and the jettable fluid has a pH above 9.
