Abstract
Methods of enhancing the foam properties and skin compatibility of cleaning compositions are described wherein (a) a cleaning composition comprising an alk(en)yl oligoglycoside is provided; (b) a hydroxycarboxylic acid partial ester is provided; and (c) the cleaning composition and the hydroxycarboxylic acid partial ester are combined. Combinations of alk(en)yl oligoglycosides and hydroxycarboxylic acid partial esters are also described.
