Abstract
The use of the crystalline nanoporous form .delta. of syndiotactic homopolymer or copolymers of styrene as sensing elements for detection of organic pollutants is disclosed as well as sensors using such polymers. The sensors so obtained are suitable for the detection in air or water of organic pollutants.
