Abstract
Device for diluting a fibrous stock that includes a drum and a displacer. A center line of the drum is oriented at at least an angle of about 10.degree. from horizontal. At least one feed opening is structured and arranged to feed the fibrous stock, at least one discharge opening is structured and arranged to discharge the fibrous stock, and the displacer includes a rotor. A drive is coupled to the rotor to transmit necessary energy for dilution.
