Abstract
A patient bed arrangement for use in an intense-field magnet system which generates a vertical basic field for MR imaging, wherein two carrying supports are centrally symmetrically arranged between an upper magnet and a lower magnet of the magnet system, has a longitudinal axis that is oriented at an acute angle .beta. of 45.degree. relative to the connecting axis between the carrying supports.
