Abstract
A communication cable includes a solid sheath on an outer periphery of a signal cable having a plurality of insulated wires and in which transmission characteristics hardly decrease due to a pressure in extrusion-molding a sheath. The signal cable 10 includes a plurality of insulated wires 11 each having a conductor 12 and an insulation coating 13 covering an outer periphery of the conductor 12, and a solid sheath 20 covering an outer periphery of the signal cable 10. A melt flow rate of a constituent material of the sheath 20 measured at 200° and with a load of 2.16 kg is 0.25 g/10 min. or more.
