Specifically, the present disclosure relates to an apparatus and method for controlling start of a two-wheeled vehicle limitedly to a driver identified on the basis of biometric recognition and generating driving information of the identified driver in relation to sudden turns, sudden acceleration, sudden stops, impact occurrence, speed limit violation, and the like while driving.
