The electronic apparatus, based on text information including a plurality of words being input via an input unit, obtain an input claim based on the text information, determine novelty of the input claim by inputting the input claim to a first neural network model, and based on the input claim being novel, determine inventiveness of the input claim by inputting the input claim to a second neural network model.
